Performance artists dressed as characters from Victor Ochoa's Border Bingo/Lotería Fronteriza on the borderline between Tijuana, Mexico, and San Diego, U.S.A. This piece appears as the silhouette of a ship possibly one of Columbus' ship, painted to look like a chain link fence. It is on fire.
