title Free The Political Prisoners Of Colombiadescription Cat.5 087(19) From "Posters from the Life on the Street: Herbert Sigüenza Retrospective Exhibition" of Herbert Sigüenza artworks organized by Centro Cultural de la Raza, Balboa Park, San Diego, CA (December 1983). Poster depicts Simón Bolívar with a map of South America in the background. A quote from Bolívar reads, "I Will Not Sheathe My Sword As Long As The Liberty of My Country Is Not Secure." The artist of any work retains all rights to that work. Copyright has not been assigned to the Regents of the University of California.
