The trees are filled with birds in police uniforms, one of whom also smokes a joint. Detail is of the face of the man in the green hat. The artist of any work retains all rights to that work. Copyright has not been assigned to the Regents of the University of California. The copyright law of the United States (Title 17, United States Code) governs the making of photocopies or other reproductions of copyrighted material.
