Freddy Rodriguez, center, dancers included Irma Rangel, Josie Talamantez, Luzmaria Espinoza, and Lali Polendo. Turtle Rodriguez, bassist, and "Little" Rudy, band member. Rodriguez's band Xhic-Indio (also spelled "Xic-Indio") performs for Mexican Independence Day 1978 at Southside Park, Sacramento.
