Photograph of an opening reception for Los Rostros del Son Jarocho, or The Faces of Son Jarocho, an exhibition of artwork by Alec Dempster. The exhibition was hosted by the Mexic-Arte Museum in Austin, Texas and ran from September 15th, 2006 to October 1st, 2006. A speaker and mariachi band stand on a covered stage. The speaker wears a suit and orange patterned tie. Potted plants line the stage. An American flag is raised on a pole to the left of the stage.
