Photograph of a large group of members of the first Presbyterian Conference in Kerrville, Texas. The group is standing in front of a large stone building with arched entrances visible on the far lefthand side of the image. There are approximately three rows of people standing and a smaller group of people sitting on the ground at the front. There are several children sitting in the grass at the front as well. Everyone is facing the camera, and several people are smiling. The women and girls are all wearing simple cotton dresses, and the men are wearing trousers and collared shirts. There is handwriting on the back of the photograph that reads, "Westminster, Kerrville 1st. Presby. Conf.". There are also two stamps that read "712" and "THE FOX CO. San Antonio, Tex. JULY 1946".
