title Prude and Hood Storedescription Photograph of Fealon Vaun Christian and John Prude standing outside of the Prude and Hood General Store. This store was between Mansfield and Logansport, Louisiana. It had everything from lace to snuff tp licorice. It had a huge bar inside, and the store served people from miles around. A cotton gin was to the west side of the store (back and left) where everyone brought their cotton to be ginned. The stor had advertising signs across the front.
